System Bootstrap Bad memory

HI,
i hav a cisco 2501 but the problem is that after i have reloaded my router it doesnt boot anymore.. heres the error..!!!
Bad memory - wrote zero, read 0x00000702 at location 0x00000904...


is there sum1 who knows what could have been wrong and what im gonna do..

please help me...

its urgent...
