System Attendent filling box with Undeliverable:auto reply

Greetings. I just had to restore my Exchange 2000 databases today with MS support. Once I got everything restored I started getting E-mails from the system attendant with the subject line of "undeliverable: auto reply. The message says something about the postmaster@domainnane could not be found. These are filling up my inbox fast and I need to stop it. 11k E-mails since 3:30 today and it is now 9:00. Please Help!
