System Answer on CICS v7.1

Hi...

We upgraded our CICS from v6.0 to v7.1
We want to use System Answer...

We want System Answer to Answer incoming call after office hours then play a greeting then hangup...

We don't have Callpilot or Flash..

You turn system answer on in your system, then program under F(feature)*831,F*832, and F*833.

Then adjust the amount of rings in the system.

You do know that it just answers and transfers the call... I highly recommend you to get a Flash 2.0 or higher or a Call Pilot. Otherwise, your customer is going to call, hear the AA, and just hear rings when the call is transferred with nothing to answer.

Hi NTL555,

We managed to play with our System Answer and it hang-up the phone but the problem is it will play the Greeting Twice before it hangup the phone...

weird but it hangup.. we cannot find the loop that plays the greeting again....
