Hi ,,,

I have IPOSE 11.1, Primary. Secondary, EXP1 & EXP2 500v2.
Today, we have this alarm on EXP2, not that it's working and has its SE Lic.
Via email notification, we have :

" The memory card in the "System SD" slot is invalid
Incompatible or invalid SD card fitted: System / Contact Avaya to find a replacement SD card.

Thanks

Solution
Assuming you haven’t replaced it try removing it and reinsert it again.
Try a reboot of the exp2.

Going back A few years ago with this issue
I had to recreate the SD card and restore a backup.
I would first try popping the SD card out and reseat it. I have seen that fix that issue on several occasions.

Solution
I had similar error on a 11.0 IP500V2 system that showed up for some time until the card actually failed. Seen on system status and email alarms. There was a small burned spot in it when it was removed. Replaced the sd and rehosted the license.
