System Administrator Account

I installed Ex2003 in the same domain and site as Ex5.5 using the ADC and tools for the migration process. All user mailboxes, public and system folders have been migrated or replicated to Ex2003 except for the System Administrator.
Is that enough information? Let me know.

You do not need the Administrator in 'normal' circumstances.
Unless you used this account to actually send and receive mail of course, in which case you can migrate it too, although you should NEVER use that account for real.
