Does anyone know how to reset the sytem admin password on the Merlin Legend Mail. As I reall it was something like dial in 9999 then as password the serial number and then something like reset and call back within 60 seconds. I haven't done this in a while.

system admin password reset

It's supposed to be log into 9997 with the serial number of the Mail unit as the password, then when she says goodbye, power off/on. Then log back into 9997 and depending on the release, either the PW is 1234 or it is non-exsistant and you would set a new one at log-in
