System admin password on an AVAYA Partner Voice Messaging PC Card

My association that I’m a member at, lost the admin password for the voice messaging card and can’t change or ease messages or greetings. None of the administrators or officer’s reminder they’ll voicemail password.

We have an Avaya partner acs 509 processor module with the Voice messaging PC card plug in to it.

There IS a backdoor password, but it can't be used remotely. Contact me via my website and I may be able to assist
