Seriously, I have been doing Notes Admin for about 10 years now. A lot of best practices are learned along the way. The Server Admin documentation is a valuable resources as it the Lotus Notes Knowledgebase (on line a the Lotus website). Notes.net too, has some valuable goodies. Also there are some third party books available, but most just reiterate what is in the Lotus documentation.
