system account cannot see content

For a particular page, whenever the System Account (Administrator) logs in, he can't see the details on that page. The master page is visible, but the details on the content page is blank (White).
But if other users log in, everything is displayed fine.
This is happening only for 1 page. Rest all the pages in the website are working fine.

i would say check the permissions on this persons account or see if their firewall is blocking pops from telling them to allow the information on that site.
