Sure just run sysprep /? for options.
Cleans Computer SID and naming information. You use it commonly before cloning/imaging the machine so you don't get a bunch of duplicate machines on your network.
Don't reboot after using as the some information will be regenerated although some of the switches stop this in win2k version - just clone the machine from bootdisk.
