Sysprep Keeps Displaying Mini-Setup

I have run through creating a sysprep.inf with setup manager, i manually modify the inf file to contain our volume license for XP and skipoem in the sysprep file is set to =1.

when we run the sysprep we to choose to reseal. After we start it up it always stops at the welcome to microsoft windows where it wants to walk through the setup of user account, serial, time zone, etc, obviously we want to use our sysprep.inf file to automate this.

What am I doing wrong.

never mind, i was out to lunch. it was the welcome screen where it was halting and it was because i didNT select mini-setup wizard.

duh :-(
