Sysprep issue on 2003 server (sp2)

Hi All,

Am trying to get Sysprep to run correctly with 2003 Server. My aim is to setup a "template" server and then install that template to other servers (using imagex). The issue I have is that after running Sysprep, and clicking Generalize, the server no longer boots. It gets to the point of starting the gui and then restarts automatically. This is also the case if I apply the image to the server. I have installed the hotfix for sysprep for SP2, so I am fairly sure I am using the correct version. Does anyone else use sysprep etc in the same way? If so, and assistance much appreciated.

Are you using the version if sysprep contained in the 2003 sp2.cab file?? You can download it here;
