I'm using sysprep to do an almost completely hands-off computer setup from an image. The one thing that need to be unique is the computer name, but because of the way my company does things I cannot use the "*", I have to use a specific name. I have the Mini-setup set to ask for the computer name, which is fine, but it also allows the user to change the admin password, which is not fine. How do I make the local admin password field read-only or inaccessible?

It doesn't matter. If you change the local administrator password in the mini setup, it will revert back to what you have it set to.

Just set your local admin password to whatever in the [GuiUnattended] section, that is what it will be once the system has completed the setup process, regardless of what the user might change it to.
