Hi,
We are trying to run sysprep with Dell D610 laptops and Dell Optiplex GX270 desktops all running Windows XP (OEM Dell version). After we image the computer and run sysprep, regional settings that we set have been removed. For example, in our regional settings, we changed the date format and added some keyboard layouts. After we ran sysprep, the date was set back to default and the keyboard layouts were back to default.
Some of us here are thinking that Dell has a file installed on the computer that is erasing these settings.
Does anyone know anything about this or have this problem? Or does it keep all the settings for you?
Shannon
