I am getting an error message on my consile that says:

sysplanar0 has detected a problem...service request number is A10-200

I had someone out a couple weeks ago (the first time it showed up) & they simply changed a battery in my RS6000 server. Now the error is back & the service technican doesn't know what it means!?!?

Has anyone ever seen this error before?

If the tech didn't log a corrective action (via the "diag" command iirc) on the machine, it will continue to complain of its ailment.

If he did log a corrective action, and the problem shows up again, it's a new problem. If your tech doesn't know what that code means, he should be able to figure it out. IBM has their fault codes very well documented.
