where can i find manual for the SysMonitor v4.1?
i can`t understand what it outputs on screen when it works.

There is no manual for Monitor.
It is a diagnostic tool intended for use under instruction from Avaya.

That said, provided you are carfull with what items are enabled it is reasonably easy to gain an understanding of some of the information

ISDN, Call, PPP & Interface are sections that probably give the moset usefull information althogh H323 can assist with VoIP problems

Look an Avaya's website. I thought they have some jobaids for sysmon. May not be that helpfull. What are you trying to figure out?

Jobaid 13 & 14 are about the SysMonitor tools.
Most of the messages generated are readable if you are well informed in the technology used. I mean you must know all bits and bytes of the used technology to fully understand what is in the trace.

Where is no problem with VoIP.
I need catch time of phone begin answer on call and end answer.

Just use SMDR - it gives you the call start time and length of call (which you can use to calculate the end time).

If you don't know, the deltaserver application provides the SMDR data via a .csv file.

In the IP Office Maintenance Manual there is some specific information for Monitor Output decode, it not a bad doccument, I think they may be seeing the LIGHT !
