syslog alarm LOM time reference

A system we have keeps emitting system alarm :

lom:[ID 702911 kern.crit] 8/31/2004 0:10:40 GMT LOM time reference.


What is this and how do I stop it

Guys, found a patch to LOM. Patch 110208-19. One of the fixes within stops LOM information alarms appearing as critical in the syslog which is what I was saw.
