How often should a sysload be performed on a OPT 81C. I have spoke with others and have recieved many different answers. So now I ask the experts opinions.
Thanks

The question is why do you want to do a sysload?. It would only be done if you had corruption, or were updating some patches that needed a sysload.

I would never advise a sysload, unless I had no other option. A warm start would be the preferred choice.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

One way to think of it is "How often do you have to pull the battery from your cell phone to reset it". The answer is similar: Only when it stops working.

However, you might want to prove that your system is "able" to recover from an unexpected power cycle, and a Sysload is a good way to prove that.
