You have two different software releases on the hard drives, one for NA (North America) and one for UK (United Kingdom). The SysID mismatch is probably coming from the new drive having an existing database on it from a different system, the controller checks the SysID in programming against what's installed on the main control card and throws up that alarm if they don't match. You need to do a fresh re-load of the software on the new drive. If you have a Technician's Handbook, the procedure should be in there.
