Sysback Exclude List

I am a bit confused on creating an exclude list for Sysback.

I want Sysback to backup the directory "buckets", but not back up the data within those directories.

And another question, is it possible to exclude directories from the 'rootvg'. I have some DB2 databases in the "rootvg" that I do not want backed with Sysback.
