Hi all,

I'm just wondering what if we forgot the sysadmin password. Is there any ways to reset the password?

I know that in CallPilot, we can reset the password for the admin account.

Good practise is to create a second admin account with full rights and a different password. You can then reset the password on either should you forget it.

We've also done that for all our customers. The question is more for my personal knowledge

It's good if we know how to reset the sysadmin account. Just in case we forgot all the sysadmin password

Nortel has a utility that they can run to reset sysadmin. (It is not included in the server application.) They do charge for this, naturally..
