Hi

Our Labs Opt11's SSC developed a fault and had to be replaced. We are now having SYS4399 issues and our DECT DMC8 is not working.

Is there a way to restore the keycodes? As this is a lab device no support was ever taken out on it.

Can anyone asssit?

What you really need is to pull out the dongle and get the site ID from it. With that it's possible that someone might be able to get you the keycodes, but it's usually either Avaya themselves or from the same support that you would have had.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Did you replace the software daughter board too? Or use the old daughter board on a new SSC?

have you put the dongle on it???????????

SYS4399 Security check failed.
Action:
