Just curious if there is anyway to setup an option in the voice menu in Meridian Mail to allow for sys speed calls. I have a user that claims a few years ago there was an option on the main menu when you called into the company that gave you an option to use sys speed to call one of our stores. They claim you could press say "6" and then you could punch in the three digits for the speed call. I was just curious if there is any way you can set something up like we currently have to dial someone's ext or getting to voicemail when you call the main toll free # for the company without ever having to speak with the operator. Yes we do everything ext related here, have been trying to get them to go to DID's since I started a year ago. Any suggestions on if this is possible or another way to do it would be appreciated.
