Can System Speed Dial Numbers be placed onto vacant buttons on users sets? (Like Avaya Merlin systems)

System in question is Norstar MICS 6.1 (Non-XC)

Sure single numbers only. Push Feat*1 then a blank button next Intercom and the line pool then finally the telephone number and ok
