Sys Manager - Reporting incorrect KB Mailbox Size?

Ok,

I have a user on one of my exchange servers and they deleted just about everything they have and still the mailbox / size / total items 1500+, is at a large # its still over our 250,000 KB default size limit. Is there anyway to look directly into the mail store to verify all the contents to verify size of each item stored?

I looked through contacts / tasks 0 / calendar events 0 / and all email I could add everything up on a calculator and barely hit 50-60,000 KB.

Mail in deleted items still counts against the quota. Try emptying the deleted items and you should see a change in the mailbox size. Right-click delete items, choose "Empty deleted items folder.
