Sys freezes when it reaches event log message, message.

I have removed every thing from the mother board at this point with no avail. System will not get past event log message on boot-up. If i try to enter the BIOS it frezzes also. At this point i assume its a bad mother board but im not sure. Thanks for any help.
 
Your Processor could be overheating. It could also be configured wrong. What type of Processor is it? What does the initial POST screen tell you about the processor. You may be correct it could be a bad board. Before you yank it out check the CPU speed on POST. James Collins

hI, I did remove the cpu and replace it with another of equal Mhz and it did not help. On the post it reads the cpu correctly.
