sys-00 on ETR set

I'm installing a legend 7.0 wil a combo of MLX, ETR, and single line sets. On the MLX sets there is the two SysAcc buttons, but on the ETR sets there is a SysACC-OO button. I can delete it, but that leves a blank. I'd like for that button to go away and the line buttons shift to fill in where it was. Is that possible?

You would have to remove SA-Orig button, Remove all of the lines then re-assign the lines.

May not want to remove it. It stays as a way to "orig"inate a call, so you can transfer a call out. If the remaining SA buttons are in use, you'll not be able to transfer a call.

SA-Originate only" buttons are on MLX sets by default, if they aren't there, they have been removed, ... not necessarily a good idea.

I'll bet your MLX phone are operator positions.

I usually set the SA-OO to be SA Voice.

In fact, this very afternoon I moved a system, and downsized it, requiring a TON of re-programming, and the ADMIN person requested that the SA-OO buttons go away and become SA VOICE.

It's just a matter of customer preference.
