Syntegry Bulk Loader Errors

Hello. Has anyone came across this error when using the Syntegry Bulk Load tool?

"...has a value that is not i the attribute's list of valid values"

I have copied the values directly from the table that it gave me the errors on with no luck.

is the cats/atts being used of all the right version.Is there an instance where some containers have older category definitions? Just a wild hunch.You realy should talk to syntergy support they will be faster

I've seen that error with Table Key Lookups - part of AttributesExt module from OpenText.

[Syntergy]

This error is caused when the value being added for the list type attribute is not one of the values in the attriubute list. If you copied the value from a database table it may be that the value you added had an extra space at the end or possibly there is a case sensitivity issue. If you are still having an issue you should send an email to support @ syntergy.com and include your csv file and a screen shot of the attribute list of values. We should be able to solve this problem right away.
