This error is caused when the value being added for the list type attribute is not one of the values in the attriubute list. If you copied the value from a database table it may be that the value you added had an extra space at the end or possibly there is a case sensitivity issue. If you are still having an issue you should send an email to support @ syntergy.com and include your csv file and a screen shot of the attribute list of values. We should be able to solve this problem right away.
