Syntax in a Word Hyperlink to open a specific Excel Worksheet 1

I am using Word to generate Web Pages that collect together links to several Excel models .. but I want each individual Hyperlink to point to a specific Worksheet within a given Workbook..

Is this possible and, if so, what is the syntax? I have tried combinations of comma, space and exclamation marks... but have not been able to open a workbook at a given worksheet of my choice.

The syntax is FILE#SHEET!CELL. For example,
c:\workbook.xls#Sheet2!A1

Thanks for the advice.

I managed to discover the use of #. It was hidden in Excel Help on the Hyperlink worksheet function.

However, to open the whole page I had to first highlight the whole rows/columns used on the page and set it up as Named Range.

It then opened when called by the Hyperlink in a Word Document. However, the Named Range was still highlighted i.e. in black.. Is there any way to turn the highlight off as it can confuse a casual user?

I am still surprised that it isn't possible to simply refer to the worksheet name within the workbook after the #. Or have I missed something here?
