Syntax for to_date function using sysdate

Hello all,

I need the syntax for to_date(sysdate at 9:00am). Nothing I try seems to work. Thank you in advance!
 
to_date is an oracle function. If your working in Oracle you'll want to repost in the Oracle forum. If your working in MS SQL you'll be using getdate().

No, this is for Oracle. 9i I think. I'm looking for the syntax using the to_date() function. Thanks!
