Does anyone have an example of what syntax to use when trying to create a pass-thru query from MS Access to Sybase

Thanks in advance,
THEGREEK

The query should use the Sybase SQL syntax. Regardless of the Server database, a pass-through query uses the syntax of the server because pass-through queries are processed on the sever.

I recommend that in the future you post questions about Access queries in the "Microsoft: Access 2 Queries and JET SQL" forum - forum701. The "Access 6 Other topics" forum is for questions that don't fit in other forums. See thread181-231806 for descriptions of the forums. Terry L. Broadbent - DBA
