syntax error missing operator in query expression

I wonder if you can help me. In my query, for this calculated field, i get an error message about a syntax error missing operator in query expression.
what did i do wrong? thanks molly

Solved. Thanks you anyway, a friend solved it.

for some reason, i have to use VAL in order to make the results right formatted when i run the Qry. Otherwise, it looks left justified. thanks.
