That's all there is to it. But you say to put in - where [Value that you didn't specify] = [Invoice Data Entry].Month If I am using a Listbox isn't this the [Value that you didn't specify] when I make a choice? I had to do the following to get it to work. Thanks for you help; Where=[Invoice Data Entry Monthly].Month,String; Upvote 0 Downvote
