I'm having an issue where certain users appointments are syncing from outlook to e-synergy. I've compared settings in active directory as well as e-synergy between a user that is syncing and one that is not. The settings look the same. Their e-synergy caledar settings are also the same.

Does anyone know whereelse I could look?
