Hello,

The company I work for has a parent company, and my boss wants to have the parent company's GAL listed on our Exchange server. How is this done? I am unsure really what to search for @ MS or here. Has aynoe done this before? How do you do it?

Unfortunately requirements of MIIS are:

1. Windows 2003 Advanced server
2. SQL server standard edition

Well, if someone doesn't have Win2003 adv. server what can he do?

You could export the parent GAL using Outlook (or other batchable process.) and import it into a Contacts Public Folder.
Or import it using CSVDE or summit to add each entry as contacts in an OU in AD.

Don't know the best way to keep 'em in sync though.

THank you.

The problem is that you can't use Public folder contacts with OWA2003; you must choose between GAL and contacts...

Any idea?

Thank you in advance.
