Syncronize Outlook on 2 OS on 2 drives

Hello all,

I've just installed WinXP Pro to my W2K machine. It's now a dual boot system with the OS's on different drives. I've installed Outlook XP to both of them but would like to syncronize my Outlook personal folders so that when I save an e-mail while using one OS it is availible and shows up on the other OS when I'm using it. Does anyone know how to do this? I save all my data to my D drive (data) for both OS's.
