Syncronize Database(s)

Anyone here ever run a syncronization between an Access/2000 database and an SQL database. Is it possible?

The Access database will be remote and updating via the internet to the SQL server (easy part). Then I need to grap the updated information from the SQL system and put in on the Access System.
