Syncronising from iPaq to PC problem

I have activesync working correctly from my PC to iPaq.

When I added an e-mail account to the iPaq so that I could download to either device, it created a new set of e-mail folders separate from the Activesync folders.

A couple of messages came in and even though I have selected those new folders in "Manage folders", I cannot get Activesync to move them onto the PC.

Am I missing something or is this not possible?

You are right in thinking it is not possible. ActiveSync only see's the ActiveSync e-mail folder. I am doing something similar to you, but I downlaod the e-mail to my iPaq through my Wi-Fi home connection, and then goto my PC and download the same e-mail, but this time it will be deleted (if I so choose). Keep in mind that if you sync the iPaq after deleting the e-mail with your PC, it will also be deleted on the iPaq.

Thanks for the advice. Of course all I have to do is set the iPaq to leave a copy on the server so I can download onto the PC at a later date. Simple if you know how and I am glad you did
