Syncing 9030p to its radio module

Does any one know how to sync these to the radio? Can access admin menu and when pressing 9 instead of wireless test I get no link. Have a bunch of 9030s this has happened to and there has to be a way to get it to pick up the radio. Thanks

You have to press the synch button on the base antenna prior to telling the phone to synch. Once this is done the antenna looks for phones that are trying to synch to it.

My mistake, the 9030 you cannot synch to any antenna, that's the 9040. For the 9030 each handset has a specific antenna it works with. You need to match serial numbers from the phone to the antenna. The phones sn is inside where the battery is located.

The SN does match. We got a bunch of 9031 and 9030s and all the 9031s work but the 9030s just beep twice...say range...then turn off. There has to be a way to get it to resync up though all i get is no link.
