Synchronizing Windows 2003 Active Directory with Novell's edirectory

Not sure if there is a special tool for this but Novell does this at the client level already. When a user logs in to the Novell client and if the AD user password is different than the Novell user password a windows authentication box pops up and requires authentication to AD. At that point there is a checkbox to sync passwords. From then on all they do is log in to the Novell client and they go stright to their desktop. Or are you talking about something else?
