Synchronizing Outlook Calendars?

How do I set up outlook to synchronize someone's calendar with someone elses? For example - a secratary seting up meetings for the ceo on her personal calendar and then have those dates and times show up on the ceo's personal calendar?

you should give the secretary access to the CEO's calendar as a delegate and have her set up the appointments directly.

From the CEOs outlook profile, open view folder list and right click on the ceos' mailbox, go to delegates and assign premissions. you can also give her rights to accept or decline meeting requests as well.
