Synchronizing folders

I work in an enviroment where each user has their own homedrive mapped to a server for online storage of user files and folders. It has become increasingly difficult to have the users save their work on their homedrives', most users save their work to the My Documents folder. Is there anyway to have the My Documents folder actually save to their home folders? I need to set this up for entire company.

Ask this in a windows forum. There is no hardware issue to address.
