I have a client that wants to have all his data synchronized up to the second between two stand alone W2k servers.

I would like to synchronize say the whole G drive (data)

On Server1 it holds all the data on drive G
On Server2 it is the Terminal Server and holds no data. My client wants it so that if something happens to Server1 the data will be synchronized already over to Server2.

Problem is that when I map a drive from Server2 to Server1's data folder there is no option when I right click to work offline. Therefore I can not set up synchronizing. I am looking for a way I can do this. Many thanks for anyone that can point me in some direction and help me with a solution.

To start with, double check that you have enabled the offline files option.
Windows Explorer -> Highlight Local Drive -> Tools -> Offline Files -> Check that Enable Offline Files is selected.

On both of my servers. When I go to where you tell me there is no option for Offline Files under tools. Do you know of anywhere else this could be at?
