Hey all, what steps would I take to synchronize a calendar in Outlook 2000. All the websites I've been too, including microsoft's website, did not seem to be helpful. Any ideas?

Synchronizing calendar in Outlook 2000

I forgot to include, if it makes a difference, the calendar is located under the personal folders.
Here's what I did.
1 - create NEW contact for each of the person if they are not yet in your list.
2 - with the calendar highlighted, click -> FILE -> Share ->
Share this calendar
3 - a wizard will pop up, click NEXT, click ADD
4 - select person you want to share the calendar with and click -> to put them into the box on the right
5 - click OK
6 - and now do this person by person to assign permission,
highlight a person, click PERMISSION
7 - after you have done this with all of them, click NEXT, click FINISH
8 - and you are done, an email will be sent to everyone with
a ACCEPT and DECLINE button. If they accept, a copy of your calendar will be automatically create in their folder list.

He is not asking to share his calendar he is asking how to setup synchronization which is a totally different process.
Jason,
Just as long as you have offline files enabled then you should be all set. You don't have a synchronization tab from the Personal Folders properties. But a PSt file is part of the offline function. When you make changes to the calendar from your personal folders you will also see those changes if you choose to "work offline". I assume this is what you are talking about? I also assume this is being setup on a laptop? If this is not what you are talking about please give another description.
