I am hoping someone can help a guy in trouble!

I am wondering if there is a way to setup a folder on sharepoint services that is the shared folder and have it sync with another folder on a server in the same domain. The reason I need to do this is I have remote users (8 of them) and they will access some shared data necessary for them as well as some users that are not remote. so I want the inside users to be able to modify the data in the share and have it automatically update the data in the sharepoint services shared folder that the remote users see. Is this possible?

Why would you need to have two synced folders? The internal users can view the libary as a folder. Open my computer, in the address bar type in
And it will view just like a regular folder.
Note if there are spaces in the libary name use (%20) instead of spaces.
