synchronized calls option

Hi all,

I have a quick question regarding this option for HGs. I understand that this is to effectively utilize the VM channels however if we are doing ETA or POS we cannot use it. How about if we're only doing Menu in VM Pro? Can we then enable this option? We have IPO 500 V2 7.0 with VM Pro FYI. Thanks

As long as the menu isn't in the queued or still queued start point then it's fine

Thanks amriddle. It's in the second step/box from the Start Point(the first box is Start Point, and then an arrow connector links to the Menu box). Does that mean we're fine then? Thanks again
