I seem to be getting contradictory opinions (different techs within Macola) on when to use the Sync with SQL. Can someone please give me their version of when to run this procedure? Thanks.

You should run the program if you are having a problem with a user account that's in Macola but not in SQL Server for some reason. Or if you moved Macola to a new server and need to create the user accounts in SQL.

The program recreates the 2 user accounts in SQL Security, sets the encrypted password and sets the rights to the correct databases based on which ones they have access to in Macola.

Since you can reset a users password through Macola and it will set it in SQL, I would only run it if you need to create the users account in SQL.
