synchronize passwords between Lotus Domino Directory and Win 2003 AD

We're looking for any methods / tools to synchronize passwords between the Lotus Domino Directory and Windows 2000 Active Directory. The Single Sign-On service on the Notes Client doesn't give us the synchronization we're looking for. Active Directory should be the main directory (or another third party directory service) that changes the passwords in the id-files once a password has been changed in AD.

(NB:this problem was reported from notessupport.com)
