Synchronize an Access Database with SQL Server

HI!! is it possible to Synchronize an Access Database with SQL Server. I want to use a VB interface and is it possible to use MS Jet Replication engine to do that. My requirement is as belows. I have my Main Database on SQL server. I want my users to enter data while their offline (on an Access database on their Laptop) and when they come to the office they can Synchronize the Access database to the central SQl server through LAN. I would be really glad if someone could point out some examples or tips which may be really helpful..
