Synchronize AccessDB to Remote SQL Server DB and Vice Versa

I have a Task: I have a local application(developed in VB and MS Access) running on a client. The user would be make changes to records or adding records to the access application. When the user selects an option, the details from Access DB need to be Sync with SQL Server DB and vice Versa. I have created some ASP pages and hosted them on the Remote Website which connects to the SQL Server and updates the DB takeing the records from access DB and vice versa. But i am not sure how far this would be reliable.
Any one can please suggest me a Best option to acheive this?
